This page and the pages linked to it (referred to hereunder as “Terms & Conditions”) provide information about any of the products listed on www.lazaroscent.com (referred to hereunder as the “Website”).
You and LAZARO (hence referred to as “LAZARO” or “we,” “us,” or “our”) are bound by the terms and conditions that are listed below. Before ordering any products from the site, please carefully read these terms and conditions. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2-Product Availability and Orders
2.1 To place an order from the Website, follow the instructions that show on the screen after clicking on the product you want. By clicking the “Place Order” button on the “Order Confirmation” page, you will have the chance to review and fix any entry errors in your order up until the point at which you submit it.
2.2 You will be contacted by us by phone to confirm your order after you submit it (“Place Order”).
2.3 The order only applies to the products that we have confirmed sent; we are not required to send any other products included in your order until their dispatch has been confirmed.
2.4 We reserve the right not to accept your order for any reason and will not be liable to you or anyone else in the event that we do.
2.5 If your order is out of stock or unavailable, we might be unable to fulfill it.
3- Shipping Policy
3.1 In most cases, we will send all products in your purchase in a single shipment. Delivery will be made to the address mentioned in your order.
3.2 Kindly check the delivery information for further information on potential delivery alternatives.
3.3 We are unable to ship numerous addresses with the same order’s items.
3.4 At the place of delivery, you must sign the receipt.
4- Limitation of Liability
4.1 After delivery, the ordered goods pass into your charge, and we will not be responsible for any further loss or damage unless they are defective or damaged due to incorrect delivery.
4.2 Only when the products are delivered to you, or we receive full payment of all amounts owed (including shipping fees), whichever comes first, will ownership of the products pass to you.
5-Price and Promotions
5.1 All prices are as indicated on our website.
5.2 Although prices are liable to change at any time, orders that we have previously confirmed to you will not be impacted.
5.3 Because our website contains a vast number of products, it is conceivable that some of the products displayed on our website are improperly priced. We will correct any such inaccuracies as soon as they are discovered.
5.4 If the actual cost of a product differs from the price listed on our website, we shall, at our discretion, either get in touch with you to get further information before shipping the product, or we will reject your purchase and let you know why.
6- Refund & Exchange Policy
6.1 You have the right to cancel your order (or any part of it) at any time before the products are delivered to you and up to 30 days after receipt by simply returning the products in the manner described below.
6.2 In the event that you decide to cancel an order after it has been shipped, you will be responsible for shipping it back to us at your expense.
6.3 This guarantee is only effective if the product is still sealed in its original packaging and hasn’t been used.
6.4 The Return & Exchange guarantee does not apply to essential oils.
6.5 You have the right to an exchange or refund if the product is harmed, flawed, or does not match your purchase, as permitted by law.

7.3 Failure to enforce our rights does not constitute a waiver of them. Under these Terms and Conditions, you shouldn’t assign or transfer your rights.
